Is it a prehire requisite to be rude when you work here? Every time I come I they look at me like I’m stupid.... when they ring you up they don’t engage and if you ask anything they act like you are a hassle Tacky! Plato’s Closet Management: train your people I’m not the only one apparently 😵
I like shopping here and had good selling experience before. Today was not that day. Some items they gave back hadn’t been unfolded. They were busy with buying today and I wish I would have waited because I think they passed on a lot of nice stuff just because they were busy and were trying to cut down work load. Very disappointed with how much they passed on and was told it’s because it was “old” - bought within 2-4 months is old? And hardly worn or washed? a lot variety on clothes and it is on great conditions
Don’t try to sell here. Nice clothes with tags still on them, and clothes that had never been worn weren’t good enough for them.
I have been there several times over the years but this last experience was horrible. The staff wasn’t friendly, mostly rude. I wasn’t expecting them to take all of my clothes but when you take two baskets and some with tags still on them and nothing. I watch the buyer somewhat look at the clothes, she didn’t pull all of them out and just toss the basket to the side. She did this on my basket and two others after me.
