The only reason I am rating a 4 starts out of 5 is because I had an issue there but they did fix the issue so I am rating it a 4 starts they do have good clothing and shoes i will be buying from them again

I've been going to this store, both for buying and selling, for YEARS...but no more. Granted, there have been ups and downs, but we were always cool with each other. But my most recent visit a few days ago was a deal breaker and I can't get it out of my mind. Karen, I am sorry that the communication between the staff explaining your buy was in a rude manner. We will review the proper way to explain our passes to our staff so, that we do a better job at explaining. Lately there has been a higher volume of customers selling to us since the Skokie location closed, which is increasing our inventory levels which is why we are being extremely selective. We sincerely apologize and I hope that you can give us another chance since you are one of our valued customers.
Fun place to shop. Great finds if willing to look. The service is excellent! Some of the best customer service around!

The girls were rude. They really didn't explain why I couldn't donate ANY clothes. They just handed me a sheet. Also, I tried buy a shirt and they didn't even know how to use the machines. Id rather go to the one in pleasant prairie instead. Not going back. Horrible experience
