RUDE, horrible, unprofessional OMG brought in 5 bins 4 of clothes one of shoes all brand name I had told them I was clearing out my storage unit from when I moved. dropped off first 2 they text me 10 mns later so I went home grabbed 3 more bins only to get a text 15 mns later saying to come in so I did. well they took 4 items for 18 dollars! that's not the worst part, they said all items were bought longer then a year ago so they are out of style.... umm WHAT brand new Jessica Simpson pumps and they said they are old umm ok ... read more

Was just in today after not being to this store in about a year. I went recently after new management took over and today confirms I won’t be back. The store is a MESS clothes everywhere on the floor, hanging off the racks. The 4 girls working had one on registers while other 3 goofed off by fitting rooms ignoring the line of customers. Would not come back to this store anymore clothes mentor Arlington heights is much better. Similar styles of pink/ free people and is cheaper cleaner and more respectful.
Don’t recommend at all. Took a box full of clothes in good condition and they didn’t accept much but a couple of jeans! I even took a look around the store and saw a lot of clothes in bad condition and over priced. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
because they only take up to date items and i think the shoes I had for them are up to today's date . they were brand new Nike shoes
Recommendedgreat customer service and good clothing brands and in great condition most of the stuff I liked minus some stuff looked too worn. I had won the gues the outfit price contest and came to pick up and look to see what I would use my gift card for and found a VS Pink tank top and a VS Pink Ultimate zip up purple in great condition and fit perfectly! I will definitely be back!!! I also want to try to bring some of my old junior clothing and see if I could sell it here!
Great customer service. Went for the 10$ grab bag and got 140$ worth for 20$. Including shoes and 2 purses.
