I have been shopping at the Matthews Platos Closet location for almost 8 years. I have found that they buy and sell excellent, prestige pieces. They continue to grow in their customer service, sales floor support and cleanliness. They are extremely helpful and eager to help whenever I am looking for a certain brand, size or color. I have been able to keep up with brands like Lilly Pulitzer, Tory Burch, J Crew, VS, Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren and many more. Horrible customer service, rude, employees dress like they work in a strip club, and on top of that told my fiancé her clothing sizes were to big to take. Really? Learn your sizes kids a size XS brand new Guess shirt is not a plus size. LOL. Apparently you have to bring stripper clothing here in order for them to take anything.
