I have been coming to this Plato’s for 4+years and have always had a great experience however today I had such an unpleasant experience with the manager working 11/30 at 1230pm. She was unpleasant, curt and rude from the moment I walked in - she was not friendly or helpful in anyway. She then proceeded to check me out without allowing me to log in and use a coupon I had and told me shoes were final sale and she couldn’t apply it as she has already checked me out. The girls that work there are WAY to gossipy, and when you go near them to try and make it known that you hear them talking about a customer that is shopping there, they continue to do it sadly.. They always have great clothes, and great stuff to buy, but wouldn't go back because of the ladies that work there.

Great selection. Clothes were reasonably priced (cheaper than Salvation Army near me, and ALL the brands/ styles were great!) everyone working was friendly and very helpful!
