Absolutely terrible ! The manager was completely racist and condescending i went there with great name brands such as micheal kors and other great name brand items they took what was on the top and then proceeded to offer $22.00 for 9 items we will be starting a eBay store haha oh yes the manager attempted to reject us at first and then someone “white” came in and they were told 15 mins with no problem. Worst experience. Never Sell to them. I bought in two bags of clothes still in style didn’t even open them.
Went in their last night and the girl working the counter was pretty rude -- I planned to look around a little but decided I would not inconvenience her any longer and left.. The store has great stuff but the costumer service seems to be lacking. A year later.... Plato’s closet has seriously become a joke and complete waste of time over the past few years. I’ve brought in items multiple times that are in almost new condition (sometimes with tags) and they never take anything.
Great clothes at a great price!
