Some of the young women who work there need to understand that it's very impolite to bad mouth a customer while they're standing 15 away from them. I think the girls working today should be retrained in customer service.
I worked at this store when it first opened and I must say that it is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen including the manager who was extremely rude and I do agree with almost all these ratings that they do judge people based on appearance because I wasn't comfortable. I personally couldn't handle the rude remarks and when I voiced my opinion I was shot down so I left. Therefore I do not recommend shopping or working at this store.
Very rude people working there. They said that the clothes I took in "smelled" and was out of date. But to bad half of the stuff I took in was bought from there. Just couldn't fit them so I took back. They have lost a customer. And everything there is very expensive. I bought a pair of jeans and a sweater and just that was 40 dollars. I could have bought brand new stuff at the mall for that price. Will never take stuff back. Until there's new employees.
