RecommendedI came up from Belfast VA for their 90%off sale today. Overall I am very happy with the purchases made. The store was very crowded and hard to move through. That made it very difficult to shop the racks. Having no where to try on shoes other than trying to hop around & balance on one foot at a time, I passed on several cute pair. I couldn't get them on one handed. lol. It also woulda been cool to have the sale rack marked better😉
in the store for 30 minutes have a biggie full of stuff goto check out and they wanna tell me I can't be in the store because I don't have a mask when I have already been in the store for over 30 mins and I even walked by the checkout desk. would not tell anyone to go here
Will never shop the store again or any other Plato's closet. they claim to be worried about a mask mandate but customers are walking around with their masks pulled down below their nose and wearing non-medical satin masks. Give me a break.
a very rude company . not sure how they stay in business. workers are rude and snarky. 🤣🙃
I very much appreciate the store taking the safety of the public into consideration with regards to the Governor's mandate about masks. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I've gone in.

I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit to Plato's closet after reading such mixed reviews. I thought the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was surprised that they didn't take some of the things I had brought, but I thought they gave me a very fair price for some of my shoes. As for their current inventory, I thought there was a ton of cute stuff to choose from – mostly in good condition but some had holes/significant wear – and very low prices.
