I have frequented many Plato’s Closet franchises but hands down this is the best store! Helpful staff, abundance of high quality clothing, clean and modern. KUDOS!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I will never come back to sell/buy from this place again.
They say they take plus size but don't bother. Their plus size racks are always empty and twice now I have brought in bags full of beautiful, name brand plus size stuff, a lot of it never worn with tags still on and they say they can't take it because it's "too adult". But Clothes Mentor says it's too young and to try Plato's Closet. Most of the staff is 18-25 and rail thin. They have no idea what to look for in plus size clothing and you would think with empty plus racks they would be a little more willing to snatch up good... read more

I am so so sorry you have has this experience in our store and we are just now seeing your feedback. We really do strive to get as much plus size on our shelves as possible. It is our store policy that it goes right out on the floor when it's purchased. We don't back stock it because it is so hard to come by. As far as brands. We are bound by franchise brand standards and we are only permitted to buy in teen and young adult brands, second comes condition checking. I would love the change to talk to you further about it. Very nice service from Leslie & all the employees. Great variety for a great price. The only thing I wish was different is if their return policy was extended & applicable on more items.
