Great customer service, clean store, amazing selection! by far the best Plato's I've seen!!
They requested I return with more new with tags shorts then when I did they wouldn’t buy them. Do Not Trust Them
Any time I bring in clothes I always bring in high end , THAT ARE STILL ON THE CLOTHING LINE FROM THE BRANDs website! And they always tell me it’s out of date 🙃 all of my clothes are in perfect condition. How can y’all take Walmart brand and crappy shoes that look like they been throw in mud but can’t take tommy hilfigure or Vera wang etc??! y’all need to hire people who know fashion instead of People who just guess if it’s in season or not . Very rude, came in with name brand clothes and a bag that still had the price tag of 20 dollars. They offered me 3 dollars for the BRAND NEW PURSE and wouldn’t take the rest of my stuff. The woman was very rude and said to bring in some better items next time.
Speed Plato's I'm Indianapolis for years and was thrilled to find one here. The people are super friendly, and the selection is outstanding - my son managed to spend almost $300 in about 30 minutes. But instead of a single pair of shoes and maybe a pair of pants or tee shirt, he came away with 4 bags of clothes and 2 pair of shoes. Was a fan in Indy, still a fan in Clarksville.

still enjoy shopping here and I find good deals but I will say that since spring the quality has gone way down. still lots of options but the clothes are looking more worn than before when they barely looked used. For the higher prices and quality I rather shop at goodwill. Unless I need a specific brand.

I don’t usually have a problem with them, I sell and buy all the time from them....but today the lady who helped me had a bad attitude and felt as if she didn’t even want to be there. I brought in a bag with almost like new clothes in it and they tried giving me a 1.40 for a 30$ shirt almost brand new and that’s all they were gonna take. I found that a little ridiculous I didn’t feel like I was welcomed in there today was very disappointed today!!
