I could have spent hours in there shopping! Came home with great deals! Will go back!

Brought things in to sell, and was told that the wait would only be about 25-30 minutes so I figured I’d stay in the store. I asked how much longer after waiting for what seemed like forever, and was told “5 more minutes”, which turned into 20-30 minutes. I ended up waiting a little over 2 hours total, if not more for them to go through my items. Definitely not a good experience, and I do not plan on returning to this location.
I took a bag of cute name brand clothes to sell. Knew I wouldn't get very much money but never imagined that they would not buy a single item. When the guy showed me the top trending page, I saw items very similar to the one's I was trying to sell. I was told my clothes were too adult and should try selling them at clothing mentor. I'm usually very pleases with my sells and purchases but today was not a good experience.

I shop here all of the time, and hardly ever leave empty handed. I'm so thankful there is a store like this where I can browse such a huge selection, and save tons of money! The staff are so nice and always so quick to help every time I walk through the door.
