Spent time going through our whole closet. 10+ things had tags out of a tote FULL. Name brand great condition. ASICS shoes like new, 5 pairs of boots and other things. They got TWO things from me. They said they have a hard time selling things like what I brought in. Will not go back to this store to shop OR sell.
I bought a dress with a defective zipper. Tried to bring it back and the manager doesn’t try to help at all. She says it wasn’t broken when I bought it. I couldn’t get a refund or even trade it despite being previously told over the phone that i could bring it to the store. So I’ve wasted gas and now I’m stuck with a dress that i couldn’t even wear.

When you bought the dress, the zipper fine. It wasn’t until you got home that you damaged the zipper. We tried all we could try, and even offered to give you an exchange on the dress. You refused and demanded only cash back. We can’t give any refunds, I’m sorry.
Went today, store was in disarray, employees were loud and too busy socializing with each other. Couldn't believe how so many things were.in the wrong sizes and pricing was so off. Have no intentions on going back.
Went yesterday with my boyfriend. The ENTIRE staff was so extremely nice and helpful!! The one girl (bri i believe), was especially my favorite. She helped me save money on jeans and even gave me a second opinion on some jeans I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or not. Best experience I've had there!!

Took a whole bunch of clothes, including name brand stuff and they told me they couldn't take ANY clothes that I brought at all after keeping them for a while. Told me my clothes were worn too much and discolored. Not shopping here anymore. Don't waste your time!!
Went in today with nice name brand clothes and was told all was outdated and ratty. Now last week took a client in with stuff she has been had for years and they bought it, won't be going again to sell or purchase anything
They didn't buy new with tags, name brand clothes from me because of "overstock." But the clothes in the store are dirty, worn out, and have holes in them. Not worth going!!
