They buy the unused brand clothes at a very low price and they sell it too expensive. I sold them under-armor and other brands and they paid very low for equivalent clothes. I regret having left all those clothes on this place 👎
RecommendedI love shopping there, just when they say bring your stuff to sale they end up not buying anything from you but yet has some items thats not gently used or even too high. I also thing they buy if they really know you or if they feel like dealing🙄

I took in 7 totes/boxes of things. Nice trendy things some new with tags. Brands such as Abercrombie, American Eagle, Gap etc I also had shoes new in boxes. Had a Betsyville purse. Anyways was told it would take 45 mins to go through it all. I got a text less than 15 mins from the time I signed up my info saying it was ready. I went to pick up they only bought 2 pair of shoes. I have took totes of juniors named brand clothing and men and women’s all in good condition and each time the staff told me they couldn’t except anything cause they were kid sizes when they weren’t ...I took sizes 0-3,3-5 and men and women’s...but then more lil young girls come in and get all there stuff bought and some of the same kinds of items I brought...I used to love to shop here but will not be shopping here anymore and will be selling my things elsewhere...thought since there’s new owners and staff it would be better... read more
I took clothes in to sale, was told ‘unfortunately we can’t buy them’ so had someone else to take the same clothes and the clothes were purchased. Hmmmm...will never purchase anything from them again.
Brought a tote full yesterday and they bought everything but a few things! Definitely will be back to sell and can’t wait to shop the new store!
