With no appointment needed, we buy every day and will pay you on the spot! Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 18/20 and guys sizes 28 to 40 waist, and we typically buy current styles that are still in the mall. I've only been there to sell. I would say that the process could use some improvement. I understand they have to go through the items quickly, but more communication would definitely be appreciated. You have to watch very carefully to know which items they took because they don't go over it with you. So today my daughter and I drove 40 Min. with enough time for them to inspect the clothes as they indicated on the phone they needed some time. My daughter had 2 full bags and cloths that where nice and in great shape. In less then 7 Min they viewed all the clothes, and gave my daughter $23. What a joke! The drive was not even worth it. I would like to say that the staff was friendly and helpful, but for a group of what appeared to be 5 girls or so they where pretty dry and had not personality. Maribel, I'm sorry you felt this way. The buying process is fairly quick as we see hundreds of items a day and have 2-3 buyers staffed at a time. We buy based on style, condition and inventory. Currently we are overstocked on many items so we have to be selective on what we take.
I don't know I've read a few reviews from all the ratings just to see what others felt, my bad.....but in any case, my daughters and I love love love your store!!!! Have not had a bad experience yet. As a matter of fact, they even let me undress a mannequin one because I just had to have the shirt that was on it. Keep up the good work!!!!

The employees are always friendly and willing to help even if you're asking a dumb question. Being a mom of two kids, it is a go to place for myself for cheap clothes. Thank you for always making the experience a great one.
The customer service is great and the people are very nice who like there job and believe in the company. Would recommend Plato's closet to any of my friends.
