With no appointment needed, we buy every day and will pay you on the spot! Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 18/20 and guys sizes 28 to 40 waist, and we typically buy current styles that are still in the mall. Untrustworthy staff! Today I went to sell a bunch of my name brand clothes and a pair of coach shoes I have only worn once. I went up front and they told me how much they were giving me and just started handing me the money without me knowing what they took. I asked to see what they took and at first glance it looked fine, but I noticed my coach shoes weren't in the basket I brought. Awful customer service. No one should feel like complete crap after walking out of a store; but after the looks, the obvious laughter, and side comments that's exactly who they made me feel. That's just bad business. I'm sure other franchises, and possibly other employees of this particular store handle themselves w more class, but after this experience you can bet that I will not return again.
