I have been in there several times to buy and today I went there to sell 8 brand new items that i had tags on. I was wanting to sell them because they don't fit me so I have no use for them. They purchased 2 items and a pair was jeans that still had tags. They offered me $10. They didn't want the rest which were brand new shirts. Flannels and sweaters. Wow! What an amazing experience at this store. I have had bad experiences at other stores in the area but not this one!! Bailey is exceptional with her customer service and helpfulness EVERYTIME!! Thank you ladies for keeping our shopping experience great, keeping a wonderful attitude and positively incredible smiles!! Wonderful options for clothing, shoes and even jewelry!! I'm grateful for this place!! AND on top of everything, I earn points with purchases! Thank you for educating me on your rewards program!!!

They sell some of the most ugly clothes/shoes/bags and accessories I've ever seen. They really need to change their policies on "only buying new brands" because they accept some ugly items. Sorry not sorry 🤷
I've never been so insulted. they lady there called the clothes I was trying to sell "rags!" RUDE. I didn't care if they bought anything or not but calling someone's clothes rags is just insulting and very wrong. I'll never shop here again.
I went into Platos Closet with brand new name brand items and they refused them. They act like they want good used items but they refuse good used clothes. They might be good for buying used crap but when you want to sell they are very substandard. Now I know why they have a less than one star rating. If I could give them a negative 0 rating I would. To the owners you are losing out! Im not sure how you keep your doors open.
Best store around! Love going in, the ladies are always so nice and helpful. Plus the online shopping is a HUGE plus for me.
