I absolutely love Plato's Closet because you can purchase name brand items for such a small price. The customer service is amazing. Love the smiles, love the clothes/shoes, love shopping there.
My favorite go to person is Felecia Ethridge. ... always love to see her smiling face
I visited Plato's in Tuscaloosa while I was in town visiting a friend. My experience was great! The staff was very helpful and the store was super clean. They had a much larger selection than I anticipated. I definitely recommend this store.
They have terrible customer service and don't take any of your clothes... I brought three bags of totally acceptable clothes and they only went through ONE!! Definitely never coming back.
I love this place friendly staff very cute displays and amazing customer service . I don't shop anywhere else! Cheap prices and affordable outfits.

Won’t ever sell to them ever again. I’ve tried multiple times, some better turn outs than others, but I bring in good quality items (name brands) and they took one item for $1.80. I don’t ever know what they want. While shopping I’ve seen very outdated clothing.
