The staff here is absolutely ridiculous they are insanely rude. I do not recommend taking your clothes here. I drove an hour and left them all day and they were still not done so I made another trip today to receive my money. Out of 4 bags I was paid $40. For a brand new pair of uggs that were never worn they paid me $10!!! I’m so disappointed.
I will start off by saying this place is a joke. I brought in 2 buckets of rarely / never worn clothing and shoes and all they wanted to purchase was 3 pair of jeans for $8.40. YES, $8.40 for 3 pair of never worn jeans in mint condition. PATHETIC!!! They marked my intake sheets letting me know why they didn't take anything else and it stated the condition of the clothes (which again, most had never been worn and quite a few still had the tags attached) and some other BS. … See more
I worked for Plato’s Closet for a long time. I will say Kennedy, Clinisha, and the management is fantastic- so this is not directed at them, but I am so disappointed. I took a TON of never worn, brand new and gently used boutique clothing purchased within the last year to sell- the buyer took 10 items. Every time I’ve ever sold to other Plato’s in Alabama, I’ve gotten hundreds of dollars and left with hardly anything discarded. Kind of a waste of time. I won’t be back, but ag… See more

Please ask your employees not to be rude about masks. I very willingly wore my mask there yesterday, but unknowingly, it slipped down under my nose. An employee was extremely rude to me about it!

Don’t sell or buy from this place! They r a rip off. I was selling a $300 Kate spade brand new bag and they offered me $30 for the bag. Such a rip off
They always rip you off. It’s sad.
