Haven't had good luck with this location taking any items whatsoever but thought I'd give it a second chance. Very disappointed in this location. Brought in two FULL garbage bags of stuff (name brand and like new or brand new) and they offered me $2 of STORE credit or $1 cash.... I will never be returning or shopping here again. Ive taken stuff to many other consignment shops that actually want my items to sell.

Im sorry to hear about your experience. Sounds like they only took 1 item from eveerything you brought in. I understand its hard/time conssuming to bring all your items in and wait for almost all of your items to be turned down. Ill definitely review the cameras from when you brought in your items. MY FAVORITE STORE EVER!!! �🖒� ALL THE MALL STORES IN ONE STOP FOR 70% OFF MALL PRICES!! I SEE SO MANY PEOPLE BUY FROM THIS STORE AND RESELL ON FB OR EBAY CAUSE THEIR PRICES ARE SO CHEAP! My mom and I have been to four different platos closets in utah and this wasn't our favorite location. The store was a little but we had had so much fun shopping here. We have been back so many times and we've brought its of people with us. The customer service was excellent ! We found so many (too many) cute items. The boys section was a little scarce but we still found some good things.
I was very disappointed this year at the grab bag. Didn't realize you had to fit into specific sizes to participate. You should really consider buying plus size stuff your business would really benefit from cute clothes in big girl sizes. And no I don't mean 14 I mean as in 16+

I am sorry to hear about your experience Taunee. In general we dont get many plus size items in. Me being a plus size woman myself i think the reasoning is that if i find something in my size i usually hang onto it since its not easy finding items that fit. The smaller sizes we get in tons of because kids are growing out of them so fast as they grow. Maybe 1 out of 500 buys we do have any plus size items in them. I generally frequent the Plato's closet in Layton. Today I decided to take clothing to sell to the one in bountiful because I was in the area. In comparison to the Layton store, I was sorely disappointed. I was not greeted when I walked in, the place was a mess, especially behind the counter and the clearance sections, and although I had 2 bags of clothes, they did not take anything.
