Platos will no longer get my business. I took a bag of items there today, more thank half were brand new. They tried to tell me although I had great items, "they were too worn and had holes, do you have any questions?". I said "these are brand new" and her response was "do you have any questions?" I laughed and walked out. My items even contained MK brand. What a joke. Ive seen some of the garbage displayed in there and my stuff was new. I love this store. As a runner I am always able to find very affordable and super cute athletic clothing. Thank you so much having an amazing selection of clothing.
Brought over a load of gently used clothes and purses as my wife and I were preparing to move to a new home - Rory, Walker and the crew did such quick work of sorting and finding their needs for the store, and the value we received on those items was incredible! Check them out!!

Great store and staff, I always find name brands here for WAY cheaper than new.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Platos Closet Grand Forks and it’s employees!! Everyone is so helpful and are super quick to respond to comments on Instagram! (Which I think is a FABULOUS idea!!!) whoever puts the outfits together is super stylish!! I used to live 1 hr and 30 min from a Platos Closet and it was an awful experience. So I’m happy that this one is so close and so awesome!! �����

I sent private messages for three days in a row asking if they had two particular brand jeans in hard to find sizes as well as hard to find mens shoes sizes (14,15,or 16). After 2 days they responded with a generic message. Something like our store carries xxs thru xxl etc. and said if I have any questions I can call the store or ask them via PM. So I copied and pasted again. They suggested I stop into their store. I am 4 hours away and would have someone else stop to pick up these items but ONLY IF THEY EXIST in their store... read more
