Is there another Platos Closet or consignment shop in Charlotte that is better than this because I did not have a good experience here. It took them 20 mins to tell me that they wouldn't take any of my clothes , then when I asked why the sales associate told me because American Eagle is an "old brand" then laughed in my face....
Too bad there's not an option for zero stars! You gave away an entire bag of my daughters clothes on Sunday. You have yet to call her with any explanation! She keeps calling you and all you keep saying is that you'll let a supervisor know. I will be reporting this to your corporate office. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and you need to fix it!!!!!

I've never been so disappointed with a retail store my whole life. Went to try on a pair of boots and there was a loose sensor in the boot and it went through my toe! The Assistant Manager said "Oh I'm sorry, would you like a bandaid?" SERIOUSLY? A bandaid. Not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant. No incident report was filled out or anything. MEN TOO!! And I don't mean for meeting women... They have a quite large selection of men's clothes and shoes on hand as well. From jeans and shorts to dress and athletic wear and jackets, and a LOT of sneakers. I've found some great additions to my wardrobe over the years and check them out frequently as offerings are obviously never the same.
The sales associates are very rude and they act like your clothes aren't good enough.
