Horrible everytime I go there and bring clothes to sell they never buy them and I come from Vineland luckily I have family who live out that way but still I come a long way to sell clothes and they never buy them but they have raggedy clothes on the rack and the clothes I bring are name brand. Horrible
Absolutely awful!!! They say they take everything, but they do not!! Every time i go in there they tell me my stuff is out of season, yet i walk around the store and they have the exact same stuff sitting on their shelves!! And they definitely do not pay top dollar! So done with this place. I can sell my stuff on fb and get better money. Dont waste your time people!!!!

I've always had a good experience coming to the Deptford location. I've sold some clothes, although I've come in with many articles only a few sold. I'm good with that though, it puts some extra cash in my pockets or helps pay for the items I end up purchasing in the store. The employees are always helpful and they seem genuine. I moved to Nevada this summer, so I'll miss my trips there.

I love this store. Although I never sell anymore because they only ever end up taking 1 or 2 items and offering not nearly what it's worth, the employees for the most part are very sweet. I got ring out today and I don't know her name, but my receipt says employee: tdw. She was incredibly nice without seeming fake, which is very easy to pick up on. I come here very often and this is the only platos closet that the workers have actually been friendly at.
This place and all of its employees are awful... First off, whenever I have attempted to bring clothes in, they are all legitimately brand-new, top of the line, modern clothes and they have almost all been rejected. And the worst part about it? Every single employee I have ever encountered in the store seems to think they're better than me and more business savvy and knowledgeable than me when I was in the retail industry for years and have my MBA. Shit. There are clothes with holes that they are selling and they are faded... Disgusting! I brought in brand new clothes, had to wait forever just to get turned down. Whatever!
