Never again, staff is extremely rude and the place reeks of really cheap cologne
I went there with a bag full of gently used purses and some barely even used and in good condition and I had waited 1hr 30 for the lady to tell me they would not take any of my items .I was told the reason was because they were too worn and this was definitely not true. I do not recommend at all .
I normally don’t do reviews but I go to this specific Plato’s closet regularly. I walked in at 8:05 with a huge bag of clothes and the lady told me that they stop taking clothing an hour before they close, when I explained to her that I drove 40 mins from out of town, she said “ sometimes we can make exceptions but it’s past the hour. “ I looked at the clock and said “ it’s 8:05” and walked out. She could’ve made an exception...
I love the store . I hate shopping but my son needed to go there and I fell in love with the variety of clothes . I don't think I have ever in my life spent so much time in a store . The store offers something for everyone's style . Not like other stores , you can almost imagine the people who have been there thousands of different personality styles . Shopping at Plato's closet was like shopping at the mall except it's one store it's like shopping at 40 to 50 different stores at one time instead of spending hours and hours at different stores to find everything here You'll find everything at one time I love it and everything is so beautiful here. Wouldn't shop anywhere else
I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews for establishment's, but I was so disappointed by my experience at this particular one, I have to. My fiance and I brought in name brand items. Tons of jeans, name brand shirts , etc. So, they offered him 1 dollar for an older Hollister tee. I understand the reason behind that. However, I found out that they had "purchased" my authentic coach sunglasses for 8 dollars, and a 1 month old American Eagle blouse for about $1.50. This is my favorite store! I shop here at least once a month to keep up with current trends. The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant, and the store is always stocked well.
