I love the staff here and my experience has been great EXCEPT for a one thing. I am NOT happy with their OB tech. She has been very rude and condescending both times I have seen her throughout my pregnancy and she has ruined those experiences for my boyfriend and I. She is the only OB tech for both locations who can perform the ultrasounds and we are very disappointed. Upon leaving my growth ultrasound with her at 33 weeks, she made the comment of “good luck with your big ol baby” because my daughter was measuring at 6.2lbs.... read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They had me on hold for 25mins! Taking up most of my lunch time from work. All for them to not give me any answers. I only had 2 simple questions that could have been answered through the phone or via message. I will be switching my gynecologist location. This place is not what it used to be, since the switch of ownership. Horrible! Do not recommend.

Waited for my first appointment for my pregnancy (I was already going to be 9 weeks). I show up & the receptionist says my appointment was cancelled because the doctor called out. They tried to call me but they had the wrong phone number. She then says they don’t have any appointments & the supervisor is going to call me to see what they can do. 24 hours later & no one has called me so I call the office. They say they are not able to see me because they can’t get me in for an appointment. I’m now left almost 10 weeks trying ... read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived 15 minutes early for my new client appointment, only to find out it had been cancelled because I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early. This information was never communicated to me beforehand. I had already completed the new client paperwork online, but was told it wasn’t accepted, which only added to the confusion. I have not had a positive experience with this office and am surprised at the high google ratings, Yelp gives a much more accurate overview for this office. They will try to reschedule your appointment days before it’s scheduled and change the location of your visits expecting you to be able to change plans last minute. Their front office is horrible to deal with and you can bet you’ll be waiting months for an appointment. They have had an unpleasant, and insensitive attitude in my interactions.
