Rented a unit on Friday and by Sunday someone from a neighboring unit had climbed over the gap in the ceiling inside and broke 2 of our shelves using them as a ladder and rifled through 2 boxes, stealing an antique radio. Management wasn't concerned with the issue nor were they concerned with resolving the issue. I would NOT recommend this place for safe Storage.
The facilities and staff are just fine but; in my case, the storage unit had a HUGE insect problem. When I returned to my unit after a few months I was absolutely shocked at the condition of my stored goods. They were completely covered in cobwebs and there were dead insects everywhere. I was told insect control was my responsibility so I elected to move out.
I have been storing my RV in the winter here for years and the staff have been friendly and accomadating to bring my RV in and out of the storage location
I went to this storage place this morning to find a place to store my trailer and when I got there, a man, who claimed to be the owner, was shouting at another man. The shouting went on for a few minutes and the man who stated he was the owner was completely out of control and very scary. The man he was shouting at backed away from him before he got into his truck. It was a very horrible scene. I would never go back there as the owner was completely out of control and scary. Very Clean and friendly, Safe nice helpful staff
These storage units were very clean. The rates were good. Office people were very helpful. Good Storage Supplies - boxes - tapes... They had all I needed.
The Staff was most helpful in leading me in the right direction for size I needed. Very clean and orderly. Staff went above and beyond to help me and reassure me my belongings would be safe.
This Storage unit building is in great shape. The staff is very friendly the grounds is very clean. and very good rates
I am very happy with Advantage Storage. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. They have the lowest prices in the area.
