RecommendedAbove and beyond. I mistakenly engaged Homie to sell my home and wish I would have known about Platinum at the time. While it was listed, an agent showed my home and locked it all up, which is fine. Except that I needed to let a contractor in to do an upgrade by using the garage door and the agent had also locked the door from the house to the garage. I was out of state and could not get there. Horrible customer service. Gabriella is incompetent and all they try to do is pass the buck. They do not know how to be professional and timely.
I like these guys, good communication, they're easy to work with.
Renter Beware. Platinum Realty Group has inappropriately held my deposit for over a month post move-out. They attempted to charge us for an issue we specifically addressed in the walk through. The issue was "corrected" but not check sent. They do not answer emails or return calls. At best they are pathologically disorganized.
I can not say enough good things about this company. Everyone that I have worked with has been so helpful and patient with me. Great customer service!!!
I was working with a agent and it was a mess from day one but I understand glitches happen so I wanted to move forward, I did complete a application and I was informed that the application fees would be waived. I have this in writing. I even wrote on the application under the signature line that this was to be waived and I didn't even sign it. Well, they got me twice $80.00.
