I just came over from Coldwell Banker after one year as an agent. I talked to three other agents before joining and checked out the commission structure at the three largest brokers in the Tulsa. Platinum Realty is structured far better for the new agents than the top four. At the end of the year, an agent will keep a WHOLE LOT more money. I have been very happy while at Platinum Realty, everyone there has been very supportive no matter the questions I had on any problem. Their commission plan is outstanding, wish I had made the move to Platinum sooner. I am posting this with mixed feelings, I have made a decision to retire from real estate after 20 years more or less. I will miss everyone I have worked with at Platinum Realty, I wish them all the very best.
