I just came over from Coldwell Banker after one year as an agent. I talked to three other agents before joining and checked out the commission structure at the three largest brokers in the Tulsa. Platinum Realty is structured far better for the new agents than the top four. At the end of the year, an agent will keep a WHOLE LOT more money.
