prices keep going up in 4 duplex off 6th eastmont and it made me move then it went up again! Not that great of a place noisy and trash truck wakes at 5 am and back canal locked out/in and use to walk it
One star for their application process. I was the first one to apply for a property but they gave it to another person who was approved for another property but then saw the one I wanted so they just gave it to that person. That person should NOT have had priority over me as I was the first approved applicant for that property. Not OK. Platinum, you lost out on a good tenant over this inequitable application process. Jordan was great and worked hard when showing me places so this review is no reflection on her.
This place is unprofessional. They will schedule a viewing with you, just to not show up. They will create a excuse why they couldn't make it and will repeat the same process the second time.
