Certainly does not service Elong area. No response to my emails or to my marketing managers emails, at all. Utterly unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Worst Real estate in Dubbo, I personally rented for 3 1/2 years through this real estate, the agents are rude, will blame tenants for any minor general wear and tear, take forever to repair anything, obnoxious people in general, they have no respect, i told them i had to reschedule inspection due to a funeral and they came inside my house without my permission and then proceded to belittle me over dust on windowsill and a door handle that i had asked to be repaired 4 months prior. I STRONGLY advise AGAINST engaging this company. My experience with Platinum Property Group, was extremely disappointing, both during the purchase of my property and throughout the management period. Communication was consistently unprofessional and I was spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner. I was provided with inaccurate information on multiple occasions whilst they were managing my property.
