Walls are paper thin, the parking lot is an ice rink in the winter and nothing is ever done about it. Ants are horrible in the summer as they fill the entirety of the grass outside the lower apartments and crawl in through the cracks in trim. Ant traps work for a while but eventually they are just everywhere crawling on the walls and around the windows, they will spray outside to try and kill them but it never works they always come back and you are to blame. Beautiful and unique.
Don’t be fooled by the “luxury lakeshore living”. The apartments look nice and we did love the high ceilings and counter tops but after getting moved in we had nothing but issues. Microwave stopped working, fridge and freezer barely worked and would constantly make knocking noises. Breakers were always flipping. Dryer took hours to dry a single small load. Washer would always get stuck with locked lid. Dish washer constantly stopped draining. Door on deck would barely close and would not lock. Entry door barely locked. Was n... read more
