Don’t be fooled by the “luxury lakeshore living”. The apartments look nice and we did love the high ceilings and counter tops but after getting moved in we had nothing but issues. Microwave stopped working, fridge and freezer barely worked and would constantly make knocking noises. Breakers were always flipping. Dryer took hours to dry a single small load. These are beautiful, roomy apartments with the nicest finishes. There isn’t anything else like them in the area. They are situated around a pond and the view is so pretty year round. They are well maintained and locally owned. The owner is hands on. We wouldn’t rent anywhere else.
Apartments are very nice and price includes a garage which is hard to find in Muskegon. The pond view is awesome and the grounds are nice for walking my fur baby. Gary is awesome to deal with. Always available and returns calls promptly. Very pleased with my decision to move here over the other apartments in town.
My Mom recently moved here. The owner is amazing. He was very responsive and helped get her settled quickly. She loves her new place, and I feel like she is very safe. Huge upgrade for her. Very quiet tenants. Nice finishes and layouts. The garage is a huge plus. She is very happy here and hopes to stay for a long time!
