I started my appointment with Gigi, and as always, she was amazing! Every time I show her a picture, she replicates it perfectly. I’ve never had this experience at any other nail salon. Truly talented!
I've been going to Platinum for almost two years. I always see Nicole and Yumi, but have also been taken care of by the other staff. As someone who gets their nails done every two weeks, Platinum has never disappointed me. They do an amazing job, they have the best nail colour selection, and most importantly, they always make sure I leave happy. Nicole and her team are incredible, and I would 100% recommend this salon.
This is hands down the best nail salon in the area. I’ve been coming for bio gels for years. It’s the only salon where my nails never chip or fall off before it comes time for a refill. I’m quite surprised by the negative reviews. The girls and the experience here are perfection.
