Terrible customer service - NOT worth it.
Update: June 15 - shellac mani + pedi = A+ self care thanks to Yumi, Van, Nicole and the @Platinum Nail crew. Jan 2026 Update: even after a blizzard, the Platinum Nail crew brave the elements to help clients tackle the January blues. My feet and hands are grateful to Yumi! LOVE Platinum Nails! Nicole, Yumi and the salon team are professional, personable, attentive and creative. 5 stars again...and again.
I have visited this salon before and always had positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, my visit today was very different. During my gel pedicure, the water was so hot that it burned my foot. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. Instead of a sincere apology, the technician was dismissive and insisted she had warned me, which she had not.
