Me and my wife needed to get her something larger and Jeremy D was quick in response and even stayed late to help us seal the deal! Will continue to buy vehicles from them! Good work! Had to update my review. After we bought the truck, they volunteered to fix the rip in the seat and fix a sensor in the truck. We dropped it off in the morning and when we picked it up, we were more than happy. They did a fantastic job and stood by their word.
Spent a week and a half looking for a tire/wheel combo in my budget. Talked to just about every online dealer until someone mentioned Jeremy. Called him up on a Tuesday afternoon and picked um up the next morning. He even got his hands dirty mounting um! Was openly honest about his pricing and beat the lowest price I got elsewhere by $100. purchased a side x side from platinum. I asked if they unit has been gone through and has any issues. was told no. noticed some belt slippage and decided that it may just need an upgraded clutch. I elected to pay for the upgraded clutch to handle the larger tires sold with it. come to find out the units belt was toast. when brought up to the dealership was pretty much told well you got a good deal so just pay for it. horrible customer service.

RecommendedBought an awesome platinum super duty from Jeremy, for a truck that is not something you’ll see every day it still came at a fair price. They even went as far as to swap wheels on it for me out of my own preference without blinking an eye. The biggest vehicle purchase I have made so far and by far the easiest. If you need a rig these are the guys to talk to.
I just had an amazing experience at Platinum Motors with Jeremy Rupert. He was extremely professional and respectful of my time as well as being a man of his word. I drove all the way down from Spanaway, WA and was in and out in about a half hour. if you are looking for a no hassle and honest dealership this is the place to go. I wasnt low balled, insulted, pressured or made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I highly recommend Jeremy Rupert and Platinum Motors for the most stress free experience I've ever had.
