I am extremely happy with my choice to utilize platinum mini storage for my storage needs. I have 24 hour access, gated and secured storage, and they are super friendly. If you have any problems they are quick and polite and will work with you if needed. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so.
Very nice unit. Not so great support. Their account management is horrible. Tons of ways to get a new unit, but not a single way to request to cancel one. And even if you clean it out they will still make you pay for another month before they're done with you. Very unfortunate.
Platinum mini storage is a clean and secure place to store your things. And reasonable on prices. I recommend checking them out if you need storage space to rent.
When I rented a unit they were clean the area close to home in and out anytime as you want in the manager was so nice I will go back and rent again in the future
Our experience was smooth as silk pie. We never had an issue while we were there. Staff was always polite and helpful.
