(biased) but in my honest opinion he is a great owner, he made me an M penet for my gold neckless and if fell of once, he got it fixed in 2 days and shipped in my school, and now it doesnt fall out, the neckless, i had 2, 1 currently and another i had for 4 years, and man i loved it wouldnt fall off even if someone tugged on it, same for this one, also that sign flipper kid is really cool
