They don't know who is moving in and out of their units so they don't bill you. It's difficult to get anyone to answer you, after months of trying to figure out if I have an HOA bill separate from escrow. There are no notifications of when meetings are going to be. According to the documents we received, there hasn't been a meeting since 9/2021. What are the HOA fees going to? Certainly not to improvements for the units because everything is falling apart.
I am so happy our HOA switched to Platinum Group about 4 years ago. The ladies in the office are wonderful and treat our homeowners with respect. They resolve all issues very quickly. For the first time in years our financials are in order and we pay all our bills on time. If you want a good management company that takes great care of their HOA's, hire Platinum Group! William W.
