Washer purchased from Lowes 9/20/2020 broke at Christmas. Scheduled appt via Lowe's warranty and this was the repair company sent 1/6. When they came to my home, no contact information for Platnium Factory services was provided. We were told 4-6 weeks for parts for washer and then would be scheduled for install appointment. Company did not contact us regarding any difficulty obtaining parts, delaybor any update. **BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** Spoke with Rachel at the phone number that was provided and she was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever dealt with. She insisted that they called me when the appointment was made which they did not. I received an email to confirm my appointment, which I did and figured I was all set. I missed a call from the tech which came up SPAM RESTRICTED on my phone which in itself is very unprofessional and he skipped over our house because I missed the call. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Customer service is awful. They failed to repair my fridge on several occasions, could not diagnose the problem, and are dishonest and blamed me for my fridge failing to operate correctly. Alarms should have sounded me when they said 22 degrees in a freezer is acceptable when the unit was set to 0 degrees. Ice stops getting made above 11 degrees, yet they suggested that the unit may be operating correctly, that 22 degrees is an acceptable variance from setting.
