My friend is beyond frustrated with this company—they’d probably give negative stars if they could! After the first call, it took them *ten days* just to get a technician out, and then another three weeks just for a part to arrive. Now, even though they have the part, they’ve rescheduled the appointment *seven times*. It’s been two whole months without a working fridge at home! Honestly, it’s shocking. It’s like they have zero accountability, and my friend feels like they couldn’t care less about actually finishing the job.

"I wish I could give them less than 1 star—maybe even negative stars! After my initial call, it took them 10 days just to send out a technician. Then, I had to wait three weeks for the necessary part to arrive. Now that they finally have it, they've rescheduled my service appointment *seven* times, and I'm starting to think they have no intention of actually doing the job. Our. 3 year old dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes. Mick diagnosed the problem and was able to do the repair quickly since he had the part on his truck. He was competent, efficient and tidy! We appreciate his good work. All my appliances are KitchenAid and I will definitely be calling your company if I need service in the future.

We are totally dissatisfied with your service. Your technician came out to us June 6th 2024 and diagnosed a new control board, he came out to install it on the 19th June. The next day we wanted to use the dishwasher and it still did not complete the cycle. A new appointment was made for today 28th June. I suggested to the person that I spoke with that he should bring another control board with him in case the one fitted was faulty. Instead he was given a pump to bring out. Wish I could give negative starts.. Very disappointed with Whirlpool and the company they provided to come to my home for service which was Platinum Service. My Ice maker caught on fire in Nov. 2023 and whirlpool only covered my first service fee as a “courtesy”. A technician from Platinum service’s came out in January after waiting 2 months without a working fridge or ice maker. I then paid $300 for a service fee and new ice maker. They showed up, said they needed a part. waited two weeks for the part. Day of service, guy never came. They just rescheduled us a week later. When I called (1 months w/o a dishwasher that's 6 months old) they lady said there was no manager at the company. Then another voice came on and told me she was the only person who worked at the company and there was no one I could speak to to resolve my problem.... No part... no service and apparently no employees at the company????

It took 3 1/2 weeks to get a part, then when the tech came, he had no idea why he was there and didn't have the part in his truck. He said someone would call to reschedule. I called in the next day to see what was going on and they said they could schedule someone to come out in a week. IF they come, it will be 5 weeks of going to the laundromat. I wish I had read the other reviews before going with this company. They were the only company in my area that the Maytag/Whirlpool warranty would be be covered under, but it wasn't... read more

Can I enter a 0! Multiple cancellations on their part. No manager is ever available to speak to. Many day s of work missed for a Whirlpool refrigerator that was not working on the 2nd day of ownership. These people expect you to take off multiple days of work to fix a part and they do not show up.

I wish there were a zero stars option. Impossible to get on their schedule. Multiple last-minute cancellations on their part after taking off work to meet their tech. When dishwasher was finally serviced, it broke again within 48 hours. Waiting weeks again to get on their schedule. Total scam. Avoid this company!
