Could not be happier with our new deck roof! I'm a not an easy client, but Sean and his team have been extremely professional, flexible and prompt since my initial enquiry even though it was a small job. It's a big deal for us though, our new roof means we can finally use our deck and we are grateful for a smooth and painless process. The quality of the work is amazing and they even swept up the leaves before they left! Would 100% recommend Sean and Platinum Decks.

Our first floor deck had become a liability — see picture. Sean and Chris were working on a neighbour’s decks so I asked for a quote. Seeing their work and talking to them it was quickly apparent that they are very professional and focused on quality. The deck is now a significant asset and the product is ideal for our location—it doesn’t get as hot as other composite products, there are no screws or nails on the surface and it does not need staining. Sean did a great job of installing my decks! Great communication, very professional finish and even installed my bar for me. It’s nice and cool in there under the insulated roof. Would definitely recommend if you need a deck, big or small!
I would 100 percent give more than 5 stars if I could! I chose Platinum Decks & Cooper Coastal Decks because Sean listened at the very start to what I wanted and honestly went above and beyond to source what was needed to achieve that.
