An excellent job by Sean and Chris replacing my wood deck and privacy screen. Great communication from the initial consultation through to the end. They were always on time, friendly and efficient. The quality of their work is first class and the materials used are of a high standard. I'm very happy with the end result - I only wish I had done it sooner. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
My once ordinary-looking 1980s brick home has been transformed, thanks to Sean and Chris, and their craftsmanship. They made the process seamless from the very 1st consultation, with their clear and timely communications, willingness to discuss options and offer advice from their vast experience. They also provided a comprehensive contract that meant there were no surprises. I would definitely engage Platinum Decks again.
