I am so thankful that we found Platinum Care as a home for my mother, she developed Alzheimers and was no longer able to live safely on her own. The facility is kept very clean, it has a friendly and home like atmosphere. Each resident has a room they can decorate with their own belongings. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and concerned for the residents. Being a smaller facility, staff knows every resident by first name, and knows are their needs. My very picky elderly mother lived at Platinum Care at the end of her life and was very content. They even took her everyday to the nearby VA hospital to visit my dad. Very thoughtful.
