Called them at 8:30am Monday August 31, 2015, spoke with Tom, service advisor, explained the issues with my Focus, it was towed by Buckler's Towing at the shop by 9:15am and after all my "worst case scenarios", Tom called back a few hours later with GREAT news and an exceptionally affordable. You'll be seeing the 2004 Jeep Wrangler in a couple weeks. Thank you so much for your quick response to my issues!!!
The staff is great, the mechanics have not disappointed and in a day of you get what you pay for...I think your making out on the deal.
