Absolute Thieves. They take advantage of elderly women by grossly overcharging and doing work that does not need to be done. Unless it is a simple oil change, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion/estimate. How does Jay and his staff sleep at night knowing they did this to an elderly lady on a fixed income? Maybe it was the mechanic's doing... Maybe this was the first and only time this has ever happened-but I don't think so.

Well “Steve” seeing as you have made no attempt to contact my company or me personally and I have no idea which customer, vehicle and invoice number you are speaking of... I assume that you are not serious about discussing this situation. A profile with no picture and no “friends” appears to be a fake profile. Great local automotive service! They take great care of your vehicle as if it were their own. Just had work done and they beat the quote I got from Premier Jeep by $300. My Jeep was washed and detailed inside. Premier doesn't even go that extra mile. Would highly recommended the guys and girls at Platinum Auto.
