Positive experience. I put a deposit down on an car but then changed my mind a few days later. It was about an hour and 15 minutes from my house so they offered to mail my deposit back to me. Btw..the vehicle & salesman were great..I just decided to get something with a few less miles on it. Would purchase there in the future.
