They replied quickly. I did not pursue since decided to buy a different model that they did not have in stock.
Friendly prompt response
WE ended up purchasing this vehicle from Platinum Auto. Overall service was good and very friendly. One gentleman on the lot oversold what they had done to it in pre -sales inspection as far as checking systems. We have had the car for several weeks and had the issues fixed and are happy with the car.
Followed up with me right away. No pressure at all.Well informed. Was able to test drive the escape and happy with my purchase.
The answered all my questions and weren't pushy. The fixed whatever issues the car had BEFORE I purchased it. The only issue I had with them was at the end they tried to have me sign off on a contract stating I didn't have any warranty which I was informed that I'm supposed to get at least a 30 day WARRANTY. So after going back and forth about it they realized i wouldnt have agreed to it and closed the sale so they ended up fixing it and changed it to say it came with the warranty.
Found another car before we saw theirs. Very prompt response.
I thought I got a good deal. They were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They were happy to take care of our concerns and handled all the details. I also noticed the other cars on the lot. They have an eye for quality and I suspect they have an active business.
Professional, friendly, helpful, and flexible. Platinum Auto Sales allowed me to take the car and get it inspected by a car mechanic; They also put me in contact with a good bank and I was approved for a loan within an hour or less.
