After a poor experience with a pediatric office in Oak Ridge, we chose to drive to Crossville from Roane County for these providers at the recommendation of a woman I’d never met just a few days after my son was born. They’re wonderful to work with! Calls are returned in a timely manner, staff is respectful and helpful, and this first time Mom never feels silly asking too many questions. Great place. I went here as a kid myself, and now my two kids go here to see Kristel Hassler. The staff is really friendly. I love how Kristel Hassler is always so patience and gentle with my kids. She always talks with them as she examines them! Always asks me questions and asks if have any questions. She takes her time with my kids. I love when I have only one of kids my with me, and when we are done she's always asks me how the another one is doing! I love that she knows her patients. She's really sweet and caring. Wonderful staff and we always get back super fast. They are also great about consulting over phone for some stuff. 100% recommend!

My kids have been going here for 4 years now and they have always been there for my kids whether they were sick or well. If you have a problem with something, they do there best to make sure that the problem is solved and that there are no misunderstandings. The administrator is a sweetheart and shows so much concern for the patients and there families. Thank you Dr. Berman and Dr, Reed for being there for my son this past week. This is the best doctors office in Crossville Tn! I would not take my child anywhere else. Everyone is so kind and caring and they never let you leave until they know exactly what is going on! Krystal Hassler is who we see and we love � her!!!!
We have been taking our boys here for 8 + years and am so thankful and blessed to have such a great group to do everything possible to make them better when they are sick. Have had many different things going on medical wise with my boys over the years and they, especially Mrs. Kristel, see them right away or as quick as possible, referrals sent to specialist quickly when needed. I love all the staff when my kids get sick they get them right and see the kids and the kids love the staff to and if someone ask me for a Dr office for kids I tell about this office
The staff and all the doctors have always been incredible with my kids. Seems that the doctors and staff actually want to help the kids. And it's great to see and rare to find!
