Plateau Pediatrics is a wonderful place to take your children. I live in Spring City and this is the only place I will take my boys! Everyone there is always super nice and willing to help in any way they can. They really listen to you and never make you feel silly about asking any questions. They also are awesome at working you in the same day when your kids get sick. They are truly there to help kids get better!
Everyone I've dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients. As another reviewer said, there is a good amount of paperwork, but I'm glad to fill it out as it gives them more information about my children which they use to better treat them.
My great grand kids have been going here all their lives. The oldest is almost 6 and the youngest is 9 months. Love the friendly employees and great service. Would recommend them to any one with children of all ages.

Best place to take kids. The girls there always work hard on getting my kids in. They work with my crazy wonderful life and help any way they can. Dr. Reed is awesome!!!!
Been taken my kids here for years!! I call and they know who I am and my kids just by my voice! They never make me fell that my questions are dumb... And are always willing to squeeze me in if something has came up with one of my 6 children... Both my grandchildren go here as well... Both my sisters children and my brother children go here as well! ���
Ive been taking my kids here for 3 years. Ive never had a problem at all. When my daughter was hospitalized after her tonsillectomy (dehydration) Dr. Robert came to the hospital both mornings to check on her. Youd think the doc who did the surgery would but no. The only thing I didnt like is that they didnt over ride the ENT (hafner which i sugest is not recommended any more) for pain management when she put her level high. We are always treated great! They work with you to work you in. One of the only pediatrics offices that have the capability of same day appointments!! They also have someone on call all the time for urgent matters!!
