The only experience that I have had with plateau medical center is that their fax number keeps calling me consistently and I have called twice and ask that they take care of it. The first, a gentlemen was very courteous the second, a young woman, was rude and hung up on me!
Took my daughter one evening. Next day took her to doctor. Plateau diagnosed all wrong. Prescriptions was ripped up and everything.
I had never been to this hospital before until I had to have ACL surgery, didn't even know it existed, but I had a fantastic experience. Everyone is so kind and was great to check in on me, I felt very well taken care of.
Very good people, l was treated very well and quick. If you have to go to hospital here is the best one. My stay was good and doctor was to.
My daughter just had gallbladder surgery yesterday. 9/22/2016. They took excellent care of her. Never had a bad experience with the hospital as far as having surgery or an overnight stay. Don't care to much for a certain ER Dr. But other than that the hospital staff is very caring.
