I like to give credit when credit is due. Most of the time all anyone ever hears is the bad and I feel PMC deserves upmost credit. My mother wich is 80 years old grew very ill. I along with my family, feared taking her due to the coronovirus. Thankfully, we listened to our gut and took her. From your facility, she was transferred to CAMC in kidney failure. Always the most caring compassionate professionals. Recently had my 6 year old grandson there his triage nurse Josh was fantastic. Went above and beyond!! Dr Clinton Curtis was the absolute best ! Made a child’s trip to the ER an experience that was as pleasant as it could be!!!!
On behalf of my mom & family, we would like to thank Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill & the Intensive Care Unit at CAMC General Hospital for the unrelenting determination of urgency care that they provided to save my mom's life, & also for their hospitality during her stay. Thank u all for taking care of our Briley on May 31. She had a tonsillectomy and lymph node biopsy with DO Andrew Peterson and the staff there went Above and beyond to treat us with such great care We thank u all and highly recommend u all.
Get rid of Dr. Newmark that is in the ER. He is no more of a doctor than i am. I blame him for all of my Mom's problems and death.
