I am never left to wait more than a very few minutes. I was told my options and given a quote for what the procedure would cost and then given the chance to make my own decision. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to others.
I had a regular cleaning today. Lauren was the hygienist. She was very gentle and I did not need the nitris gas for the cleaning. She is so caring.

Dr. Shanks and his staff were friendly, professional and most importantly compassionate. As we get older I think our fear of the dentist just gets worse but the staff always puts me at ease and this helps conquer those fears. I will not hesitate to go back to Dr. Shanks or to recommend him to others.
