Love the atmosphere, staff, doctor, and explanations of the treatment plans. They care and it's shown from the moment you're in the chair. They sit down and get to know you. I also love the Christian music station that was playing on the tv station in my room. That is a definite plus and deserves a 6th star!

Everyone are always friendly and helpful. Glad that I am doing business with them.
I am 67 years young, and I have had my share of dentist thru-out my years.. some good ,some not so good. I first visited Dr. Shanks office for a routine cleaning and check up. My Cleaning went well, the staff was professional, and friendly. After my check up with doctor Shank,, I was informed of a few minor things that probably needed attention. Very professional and friendly I am never left to wait more than a very few minutes. I was told my options and given a quote for what the procedure would cost and then given the chance to make my own decision. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to others.
