This was my first visit and I was very pleased. I went in for a painful tooth and Dr. Shanks was very informative and made sure I understood my diagnosis before I left. The staff was very friendly and seemed to care about me. Definately will be going back.

Friends recommended Dr. Shanks as being very good, and I made an appointment with moderate expectations. What I found was a highly qualified and competent dentist that is professional, pleasant, spends time understanding you and your concerns, that uses the latest high tech equipment and a staff that is friendly, courteous, highly trained and competent. I really like all the staff and Dr. Shanks but except for teeth cleaning,Ihave to wait a long time. I know I am retired but when I have an appointment I don't expext to sit there for 45 minutes like I did today. The service isgreat and I like everyone but the wait is a little long every time.
